RESCUE ANIMAL + CENOTE
Embark on a guided journey through a vibrant animal rescue sanctuary, home to over 23 species and more than 80 rescued animals. Explore the heart of the jungle, where you’ll encounter lush flora, diverse wildlife, and crystal-clear cenotes. This immersive experience combines adventure and education, offering a profound connection to nature and a deeper appreciation for the importance of wildlife conservation.

The wildlife rescue center collaborates with environmental authorities to provide shelter for displaced native animals. Some of these animals have been confiscated from illegal trade or abandoned by previous owners who could no longer care for them. These authorities entrust us with their care, providing food, shelter, and medical attention with the support of our dedicated team of veterinarians and biologists.

We offer midday visits where you can meet the animals and learn about our mission to help them.
Additionally, you’ll have the chance to explore our ecological conservation plan and gain insight into our efforts to protect wildlife.

Animals that arrive at our center are enrolled in rehabilitation, breeding, and reintegration programs. The ultimate goal is to return them to their natural habitats, ensuring they are healthy and capable of thriving independently.

Visitors also have the opportunity to visit and swim in the Tumben Ha cenote, a hidden gem nestled in the heart of the Mayan jungle. Cenotes are home to a variety of wildlife, including fish, prehistoric creatures, and birds that nest in the area.
